Baked Spiced Pears with Raspberry Sauce
Delicious baked spiced pears served with a sweet raspberry sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 pears
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 package frozen or fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Peel and core pears, slice in half, leaving stems on.
- Place in covered pan at 375°F for about 30-35 minutes.
- Place 2-3 tbsp butter cut in small pieces around pan.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp cloves around pears.
- Place pears cut side down, cover, and bake.
- Turn pears about halfway through.
- Remove pears and set aside.
- Mix 1 package of frozen or fresh raspberries with liquid in pan and cook until bubbly.
- Spoon over pears.
