Baked Spiced Pears with Raspberry Sauce
Delicious baked spiced pears served with a sweet raspberry sauce.

Peel and core pears, slice in half, leaving stems on.

Place in covered pan at 375°F for about 30-35 minutes.

Place 2-3 tbsp butter cut in small pieces around pan.

Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp cloves around pears.

Place pears cut side down, cover, and bake.

Turn pears about halfway through.

Remove pears and set aside.

Mix 1 package of frozen or fresh raspberries with liquid in pan and cook until bubbly.

Spoon over pears.
