 A refreshing Cranberry Salsa paired with cream cheese (or ricotta) and crackers, perfect as an appetizer for holidays or any festive gathering.

Add all ingredients, except cream cheese, to a food processor. Pulse until very finely chopped.

Place the mixture in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
