No-Bake Granola Bars
No time in the morning? Stash a batch of these filling make-ahead bars in the fridge and you’ll be set to grab and go all week.

Line a 9-by 13-inch baking pan with parchment, leaving an overhang. In a large bowl, combine oats, quinoa, and chia seeds.
In a small saucepan on low, heat almond butter, honey, oil, and 1/2 tsp salt until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally. Stir in pureed prunes. Pour almond butter mixture over oat mixture and stir to combine.
Fold in almonds, chocolate, and chopped prunes. With wet hands, spread the mixture onto a prepared baking pan to 1/4-inch thickness. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Cut into 16 bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
