The Perfect Fluffy Milk Bread
This recipe yields an irresistibly soft and fluffy milk bread with a tender crumb and golden crust. Perfect for any meal, it combines rich flavors with a light texture, ideal for sandwiches or enjoying on its own.

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Mix with a spatula.
Add boiling water and slowly incorporate the mixture. Mix into a sticky dough.
Microwave cold milk for 30 seconds. Add yeast to milk and mix.
Pour yeast mixture into the flour mixture. Add eggs and mix to form a sticky dough.
Rest the dough for 20 minutes with a lid on. Do not add more flour.
Add oil and knead the dough until it is no longer sticky. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
After resting, punch dough and let most air out. Divide into three pieces.
Flour a surface and roll each piece out, folding both ways, then roll up into a roll.
Place in a prepared bread tin or arrange rolls in the tin. Rest in bread tin for 1 hour.
Prepare egg wash by mixing egg, milk, sugar, and salt. Brush lightly on the dough.
Preheat oven to 190°C and bake bread for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, then slice and enjoy.
