Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.

Add the sugar to the butter mixture and beat until light and fluffy.

Mix in the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and grated orange rind until combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until a dough forms.

Cut into shapes and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
