Fermented Pineapple Drink
A refreshing fermented beverage made with pineapple, cinnamon, and ginger, sweetened with brown sugar and honey. This unique drink is left to ferment for a few days, giving it a delightful depth of flavor.

In a large pot, combine the chopped pineapple, cinnamon sticks, sliced ginger, brown sugar cone, honey, and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar and honey.
Once everything is blended, remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Transfer the mixture to a large container and cover with a paper towel secured by a rubber band.
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 3 days to a week, allowing it to ferment. Taste occasionally until desired flavor is reached.
Strain the liquid into a clean pitcher, discarding the solids.
To serve, place orange slices and ice cubes in a glass, then pour in the chilled fermented pineapple drink.
