Brown Sugar Spiced Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes

Brown Sugar Spiced Roasted Sweet Potato Cubes

Tender sweet potato cubes roast in a buttery coating of olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The high-heat roasting creates caramelized edges and a warm, candy-like sweetness that makes this an easy, comforting side dish.
