A homemade sourdough sandwich bread recipe that is ideal for sandwiches or toasting.

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a Bosch mixer, adding the flour gradually.
Mix on level one and then switch to level two after a few minutes.
Mix for 10-15 minutes.
Pull dough out of mixer, divide in half, and form each half into a loaf.
Place each loaf in a 9x5 inch bread pan.
Let rise for 3-4 hours, depending on temperature.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove loaves from oven and cool on a rack.
For easier cutting, let bread cool, bag it up, and slice the following day.
