Slow-Braised Smothered Round Steak

Slow-Braised Smothered Round Steak

Tender round steak is lightly seasoned, browned, and slowly braised in a savory onion soup gravy. This classic comfort-food dinner becomes fork-tender after a long, gentle cook and is especially good with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
