Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease 2-3 cookie sheets.

  3. Mix the rolled oats, sugar, flour, coconut, raisins, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave.

  5. Add molasses and water into melted butter.

  6. Pour the butter mixture into the flour mixture.

  7. Stir with a spoon until well mixed.

  8. Drop the dough onto the cookie sheet with a teaspoon.

  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  10. Remove from oven and cool or eat warm with your favorite heffalump.
