This pepped-up potato salad is best made hours before serving because it takes awhile to get the flavor through.

Soak seeds in vinegar overnight.

Add potatoes and mix lightly.

Add mayonnaise, onions & chopped eggs, toss to mix.

Chill thoroughly, trim with hard cooked egg wedges and paprika.
