Spicy Jalapeño Cream Sauce
This creamy and spicy jalapeño sauce combines tangy pickled jalapeños with smoky spices for a flavorful kick. Perfect as a dip or a topping for your favorite dishes.

Place the pickled jalapeño slices with their liquid into a blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, until you achieve a thin, pale green puree.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream with paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir until well blended and smooth.
Add seven tablespoons of the jalapeño puree to the seasoned mayonnaise mixture. Mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust the amount of puree to your preferred level of spiciness.
Transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors meld. Enjoy as a dip or a topping.
