Chicken Waldorf
A tasty combination of tender chicken and juicy apples, reminiscent of the ever-popular Waldorf salad.

In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard, and brown sugar.

Fold in cubed chicken, apples, celery, walnuts, and raisins. Mix well.

Apply the seal and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.

Just before serving, trim edge of the bowl with lettuce and, if desired, garnish with apple wedges or celery leaves.
