Scones
Delicious homemade scones with nuts and dried fruit, perfect for breakfast or a teatime treat.

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, diced
- 1 cup nuts
- 1/2 to 1 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, blueberries, etc.)
- sugar for topping
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Cut in diced butter.
- Add nuts and fruit.
- Shape into discs and cut into triangles.
- Top with sugar or add glaze after baked.
- Bake at 400°F until slightly brown.
